How can we help?

Getting started

Download Planner: Smart Calendar from the App Store, sign in with Apple or Google, and you're ready. Your first view is the Year screen — tap any month to zoom in, or use the toolbar to switch to Day or Next.

Syncing across devices

Planner: Smart Calendar syncs automatically when you're signed in. If data looks out of date, pull down on any list to refresh. Make sure you're signed into the same account on all devices.

Voice capture

Tap the microphone button, speak naturally, and Planner: Smart Calendar will parse the date, time and people. If a word is misheard, tap the item to edit the text before saving.

Chapters

Chapters group seasons of your life. To create one, open a day and tap "Add to Chapter". You can assign a color and name, and any day in that range will show the chapter tint in the background.

Mood check-ins

Tap the mood icon on any day to log how you felt. Over time, Planner: Smart Calendar builds a gentle picture of your emotional patterns. This data stays on your account and is never shared.

Radar alerts

Radar watches for calendar conflicts. Make sure Planner: Smart Calendar has permission to read your calendars in Settings. Alerts appear as subtle badges on affected days.

Deleting your account

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data from active servers within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
